3. TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

The following is a list of troubleshooting tips to
keep in mind while running this ECD:

1. This ECD was created in the "multisession" ECD
format and, unfortunately, some CD-ROM drives are
unable to read multisession ECDs. If you have one
of these CD-ROM drives, your drive will either
only be able to access the audio tracks on the
disc or not be able to recognize the disc at all
when you insert the ECD into your CD-ROM drive.
However, in some cases, simply upgrading your
CD-ROM drive with the proper, current CD-ROM
drivers will allow you to access the bonus
enhanced presentation. Please contact the
manufacturer of your CD-ROM drive to find out
information about multisession compatibility and
driver upgrades.

2. Exit out of all unnecessary applications
before running this ECD in your computer. In
particular, EXIT OUT OF ANY AUDIO CD PLAYER
APPLICATIONS THAT ARE OPEN ("CD PLAYER") BEFORE
RUNNING THE MULTIMEDIA PRESENTATION ON THIS ECD.
("CD PLAYER" is the program you use to listen to
CDs in your computer - be sure to close this
before running the multimedia presentation on this
ECD or your ECD may not function properly).

3) If there is a "Video" area within the
multimedia presentation and you are unable to
watch a video within this area, please be sure to
install the Quicktime software that came with this
ECD. To do so, click on the "Install Quicktime"
button on the main menu of this ECD.
